The proposed extensions consist of 2 classrooms at 57 square metres each, 2 classroom stores at 2 square metres each, and a multi-purpose circulation area of 36 square metres.
The extension was constructed using traditional cavity wall construction and engineered joists for the roof. The extension is highly insulated and achieves a level of performance in excess of the minimum requirements required by Part L of the Building Regulations.
